Recruitment

The Recruitment Award is a Compulsory Award that challenges Boys and Girls to grow in Planning, Organising and Executing an action geared towards their own effectiveness in achieving a target that involves a third party.  This Award also brings in new Members, and as we say, the more the merrier!

The requirements for this Award are:


BASIC LEVEL

  • Recruit a new Boy / Girl who is not a previous Member of any Company; and who demonstrates regular attendance for one (1) session, OR
  • Active in an important support position in a Committee which is successful in recruiting from a church, school or community.


ADVANCED LEVEL

  • Recruit another new Boy / Girl who is not a previous Member of any Company; and who demonstrates regular attendance for one (1) session, OR
  • Active in an anchor position in a Committee which is successful in a recruitment session, OR
  • Organise Recruit programmes over 3 months for new Recruits, e.g., conducting Target Award Class.
